Cornet

CORNET is een zwaar blond Belgisch bier met een zeer subtiele, eigenzinnige en geraffineerde houtsmaak en een ‘velouté’ mondgevoel dat een op eik gerijpte wijn evenaart.
Het volmondige bier met eiktoets houdt de balans tussen de fruitigheid van de gist en de vanillezoetheid van het hout. De afdronk is verwarmend, lang met een zachte bitterheid. Bier van hoge gisting met nagisting in de fles.

Cornet

CORNET is a strong blond Belgian beer that has a subtle, willful and sophisticated wood flavour with a note of vanilla and a "velvety" mouth feel that rivals that of an oak-matured wine.

The well rounded, oaked beer balances the fruitiness of the yeast and the sweet vanilla notes of the wood, leaving a warming feeling in the finish along with a smooth bitterness. Top-fermented beer with refermentation in the bottle.

CORNET

CORNET est une bière Belge blonde forte, présentant une note boisée très subtile, tenace et raffinée, avec une touche de vanille et un goût « velouté » en bouche, à l'instar d'un vin vieilli en fût de chêne.

La bière a un goût très franc avec des touches de chêne en superbe équilibre avec le fruité de la levure et les touches sucrées de vanille du bois. La longueur en bouche est chaleureuse, persistante avec une douce amertume. Bière de haute fermentation avec fermentation secondaire en bouteille.
